We're Rebecca and Doyle Kruger, nurse practitioners and the founders of Rooted Family Health in Naples, Florida.
Between us, we bring over 27 years of experience as nurse practitioners and more than 60 years in healthcare. We started this practice to bring affordable, accessible healthcare to our community.

Couple/Family of 2 : $169/month
Family Plan (includes parents and all dependent children up to age 26) : $249/month
Age 65 and over: $125/month

There's no enrollment fee to join our practice. If your circumstances change and you need to cancel, your membership simply continues through the end of your billing cycle.
